Maybe we would have more interest if we can provide details of the "new" club...details of some upgrades and improvements on the clubhouse, pool, and courts. Many of my neighbors are concerned with pledging without examples of improvements. I found more people concerned with the pool/tennis amenities than the course itself. Other residents explained of wanting more entertainment/activity options such as music or sport games. I think they want a "clubhouse" with cigars, music, cocktails in the evening. The want a place to watch the gator games and NFL football…so lets give them some motivating ideas and OPEN!

ReplyDeleteThe Meeting Monday night is not about how we can open the club. Its about getting the HOA involved so that if someone comes along that is interest in purchasing it, they would see that community support is something they can count on.
Sorry if there was any confusion or if I got anyone's hopes up.
At this time there are no serious lookers. Apparently there are alot of people saying "my buddy is buying the course". "Buddy" has not contacted us yet. I would know because I am the person that would provide historical financial data to them.
