Since there was not a quorum, the Annual HOA Meeting could not take place therefore elections for board members could not be held. Two of the BOD members whose term expired agreed to remain on the BOD for another 3 years. The third person did not. The vacancy needs to be filled and TCMOA is asking for applicants.
You may be asking why I bothered to post this on this blog about the club and the reason is that I feel the Club is as much a part of the community as any home. The relationship between the club and the association has not always been a desirable one. Many home owners, a few BOD members, and owners of the club have commented on this subject. My hope is that someone who is NOT interested in the animosity between the HOA and the club continuing for another 3 years volunteer for the position.
