Membership Rates

The new membership rates that were posted yesterday are the rates that will be in effect if the group Dan Rhine puts together is able to reopen the club.  I realize that there may have been confusion caused by the email sent on Monday.  Monday's email was simply to test the temperature of the interest in having this club reopened.  Based on the positive response to that email, Dan decided the next step would be to ask for pledges.  There is no reason to start taking memberships and have members pay until the final plan has been activated.

The capital improvement contribution is included in the monthly dues amount.  You do not have to add the capital improvement contribution; however, sales tax must be added

Also the memberships are for a full 12 months beginning the day of execution.  All members within a particular category will pay the same rate for their membership.  The initiation is temporarily being waived to all members at this time.  Members whose membership does not lapse for any period of time will not be charged an initiation fee later.  The waiver is for as long as your membership stays current.  In the future there may be an initiation or administrative fee for new members but it won't affect current memberships.

I have had several people ask about pool only membership.  The Household Associate membership is very affordable and it’s even less money than a Family Pool Membership has been for the last 5 years.  In the past the option to pay that monthly was not available.
